Our assistants are always ready to help patients with appointments. We strive to make each visit comfortable and easy.
We are proud to provide a comfortable, centrally located office in downtown Silver Spring. We have free parking and is easily accessible by public transportation. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients.
If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call our office Monday's through Thursday's between the hours of 9:30am to 1:00pm. Our office is open Monday and Wednesday from 9:30am to 2:30pm, and Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30am to 4:30pm, and we are by appointment only. We welcome new patients seeking help.
Things to bring to your appointment:
- A valid photo I.D.
- A list of all the medications you are currently taking
- A list of all allergies
- A doctors referreal (if needed)
- Insurance card
- Bring someone to assist you to fill out forms if you cannot fill them out yourself
- Any questions you may have the doctor written on paper
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Please remember insurance is a contract between you and the insurance company, we simply extend credit for services rendered until the insurance processes your claim. Forms of payment accepted by the office are cash, Visa, and MasterCard credit cards. Please note that we do not accept personal checks.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A $50 fee will be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
